"TittyMatrix and The Snek" is not affiliated with Snek, Fren, Hosky nor DGAF. It is a fan art project whose purpose is to convert NFTs into physical works for art collectors and fans.

The name and intellectual property of "TittyMatrix and The Snek" belong to the creator Brice MAURIANGE, including all rights not explicitly afforded to the owners of the "TittyMatrix and The Snek" NFTs.

This includes, but is not limited to the designs of drawings, logos, names, trademarks, website (www.bme-mauriange.com).

We do not authorize the reproduction of our logos for any reason or without any explicit authorization. Please keep this in mind when using the intellectual property of a "TittyMatrix and The Snek" NFT.

HOLDERS OWNERSHIP

Holders possess the "TittyMatrix and The Snek" NFT in their own wallet.

We are encouraging and authorizing the printing of NFT "TittyMatrix and The Snek" as a physical work of art and the free use of this physical work.

We advise holders to convert the dot per inch of the image to a minimum of 600 dpi before printing, to ensure ideal image quality.

With this NFT, you can show it off or use the image as a profile picture.

These tokens have a market value. The owner of the token can decide to resell it at any time, at any price, without needing the agreement of the enigma’s creator. The owner acknowledges that "TittyMatrix and The Snek" NFT will not be refunded.

DERIVATE AND COMMERCIAL RIGTHS

We actively encourage holders to print their "TittyMatrix and The Snek" and to communicate about the images of these physical artworks.

We do not authorize NFT holders to multiply these NFT prints for commercial purposes.

Owners shall not use the "TittyMatrix and The Snek" NFT in any manner that violates any intellectual property rights, laws and regulations, or obligations of confidentiality or property rights. Owners shall not use the NFT Collection in any activity that may be fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, hateful, offensive, profane, threatening, abusive, obscene, pornographic or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable.

The Owner shall not use the "TittyMatrix and The Snek" elements in a manner that could be construed as degrading or unfavorable to the image of "TittyMatrix and The Snek" or any of its subjects appearing in the NFTs.

OUR NTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR INVESTMENT PURPOSES

The owner declares and guarantees that any purchase of an NFT of the collection "TittyMatrix and The Snek" is not for investment purposes. And that it is only for personal collection, enjoyment and use of the NFT.

When you buy an NFT, that's all you buy. The NFT does not entitle you to any profit or financial participation, and is not considered a financial sacrifice on the part of participants in our promotional enigma game.

Owners are fully responsible for any tax liability that may arise from the minting or resale of an NFT.

The one and only purpose of the "TittyMatrix and The Snek" NFT collection is to be considered as a digital artwork and may become a physical artwork.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

The creator Brice MAURIANGE may, at any time and without the consent of the owners, modify the terms and conditions of the collection "TittyMatrix and The Snek". But he will have the obligation to warn the NFT holders on his social networks and websites, before and after the modifications. The creator's failure to apply or exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a renunciation of such right or provision. The creator may freely assign, delegate or transfer these terms and conditions, in whole or in part. Except as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, those are intended only for the benefit of the creator of the collection and the holders of the NFT “TittyMatrix and The Snek” and are not intended to confer any rights on any other person or entity.

The creator Brice MAURIANGE is not prohibited, under any circumstances, from licensing the intellectual property of "TittyMatrix and The Snek", including, but not limited, to any NFT owned by the user, to third parties under distinctly expressed terms and conditions.
