### WAAT Games Roadmap

The WAAT Games project is structured in three interconnected phases, each with its own narrative arc, utility, and community activation. Together, they form a progressive journey through art, puzzles, and immersive Web3 experiences.

* Creation of the game and its visual content
* Launch of the **TittyMatrix and The Snek** NFT collection (Cardano)
* Enigma Game activated via Vault3 token-gated access
* Release of 8 encrypted riddles (text + illustrations)
* Start of the treasure hunt: find the 24-word seed phrase
* First holder to solve the puzzle gains access to the **Reward Treasury**
* Ongoing artistic storytelling and community onboarding

### **Phase 2: WAAT Rabbit**

* Creation of the community
* Creation of social media
* Collaboration between artists: BME MAURIANGE & Oriane Saadouni on visual direction
* Development of the **WAAT Rabbit** PFP collection across multiple blockchains
* Cross-chain mint of NFTs per blockchain
* Introduction of **WAAT Rabbits** community on X (Twitter)
* Launch of **raid tracking mechanisms** on Discord
* Activation of community rewards
* Community engagement through lore reveals and special missions

* Expanding the team by hiring developers
* Development of **WAATeddy and the Bearmarket**, a 3D free-to-play web2 video game

* WAATeddy NFTs give access to reward mechanisms for players (play to earn)
* Expansion of the WAAT lore into gamified, interactive form
* Long-term vision: WAATeddy as a tool for mass adoption and Web3 education
