# ENIGMA GAME - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing or participating in the WAATittyMatrix Enigma Game, <mark style="color:red;">you agree to the following terms and conditions</mark>, which govern the use, structure, and rules of the game. These terms apply within the restricted community of TittyMatrix and The Snek NFT holders.

### 1. Participation & Eligibility

* Any person who owns at least one NFT from the TittyMatrix and The Snek collection and accesses the enigmas via the official Vault3 token gate is considered a participant.
* Access to the WAAT Games ecosystem is restricted to **individuals&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**aged 18 and above**</mark>. By participating in the project, <mark style="color:red;">you confirm that you meet the age requirement and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.</mark>
* Participation is voluntary, and players acknowledge that they <mark style="color:red;">have read and accepted these terms in full before engaging with the game.</mark>

### 2. Nature of the Game

* <mark style="color:red;">The Enigma Game is a promotional and artistic experience</mark> created by **Brice MAURIANGE**.
* Participants must solve 8 enigmas hidden in **16 unique files** (8 text + 8 illustrations), <mark style="color:red;">accessible via Vault3 token-gated access only</mark>, available exclusively to NFT holders.
* The story follows TittyMatrix through a symbolic journey from a magical ancient world to a crypto-digital universe, with guidance from the WAAT Rabbit.

### 3. Game Mechanics

* Inside the enigma files are <mark style="color:red;">**7 hidden puzzle pieces**</mark>. Together, they form a message that contains a **24-word Cardano seed phrase**.
* <mark style="color:red;">The first participant to correctly identify and enter this phrase gains access to the</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">**Reward Treasury Wallet**</mark><mark style="color:red;">.</mark>
* The game follows a strict **“**<mark style="color:red;">**First come, first rewarded**</mark>**”** model.
* The wallet used for rewards will be closed at the end of the game, but the enigmas will remain permanently available for free exploration.

### 4. Reward Structure

* <mark style="color:red;">The Reward Treasury is composed of</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">**55% of the mint revenue**</mark>, distributed in ADA, SNEK, FREN, and HOSKY tokens.
* Allocation of funds:
  * 25% in ADA
  * 12.5% in SNEK
  * 12.5% in FREN
  * 5% in HOSKY
* Rewards are not guaranteed to hold or increase in value. NFTs and tokens are **not refundable** and carry no promise of future gains.

### 5. Purchase of NFTs

It</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">**does not constitute a financial participation**</mark><mark style="color:red;">, investment, or obligation.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">NFT holders have full ownership and freedom to transfer, sell, or hold their NFTs as they choose, in compliance with blockchain standards.</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">Vault3 token-gated access to the enigma files is free for verified NFT holders.</mark>

### 6. Legal Jurisdiction

* <mark style="color:red;">In the event of any legal dispute, participants agree that the Enigma Game is governed exclusively by</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">**French Law**</mark><mark style="color:red;">.</mark>
* These terms are subject to French consumer protection, digital asset, and intellectual property laws.

### 8. Confidentiality & Fair Play

* Brice MAURIANGE, as the game creator, pledges not to share or leak the enigma solution to any third party.
* The integrity of the reward system and the enigma solution is guaranteed by the structure of the smart contract and Vault3 gating.
* The game is built on values of transparency, fairness, and respect toward the WAATitty community.

* This Enigma Game is part of a broader artistic and narrative initiative, and is designed to stimulate curiosity, engagement, and storytelling within the NFT space.
* WAAT Games reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed, with all changes being transparently communicated via official channels (Twitter, website, Discord).
